Well once again you have offered a house that is vastly overpriced and designed by someone who would not have to live in it. Of course I am biased. I would want a house to be economical to run and a lot more greener in constuction as well as utilizing space rather than having so much wasted space as is common in todays homes. I noticed that the Kamloops lotto (ymca) has a green tech house up for grabs and although the commute to work in surrey would be a stretch , it seems to have more worth than the prize home you have offered. I also would like to see a smaller livable home . A home that the average person would not have to pay through the nose for in bills ,( taxes,hydro, upkeep).
