Customer Feedback

It would be between the Cultus Lake package (vacation home) or the money.

… This is a lottery I will always support whether I win something or not. My daughter had an accident at home in 2009 and suffered 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree burns to her forearm. The care and attention we received form the Burnaby Fire Department and the Burn Unit at VGH will never be forgotten.

Forever grateful,
B. Prosch from Burnaby, BC

Since I am retired, I would choose the cash.
If my family were still young, I’d opt for the cottage at Cultus Lake. If I didn’t have a home I’d choose the home in South Surrey.

L. White from Richmond, BC

All the Prizes are fantastic, it just depends where you are in your life as to what prize you would take.

L. Dragan from Burnaby, BC

I have supported this lottery for many years — as the monies go to a help
a great amount of people. This is my small contribution.

I. Leeck from Kelowna, BC

Heroes Lottery Featured in Vancouver Sun

“I could tell you a million stories but this one really got me,” says Thomas, who is also the Secretary Treasurer of the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn Fund. “He made a presentation to the camp director telling her how she, and the camp, were the reasons he kept going.

It was so moving… all the volunteer counselors, doctors and nurses at Burn Camp nurture and help heal both the emotional and physical scars of children like Charles.”

Thanks to the lottery, this and many other programs can keep running.
